How it works
From “something’s manual” to a working system.
You don’t write a job post. You don’t vet freelancers. You don’t need to know what’s possible with AI. Here is exactly what happens instead.
Tell us what hurts
2 minutesAnswer a short intake in plain language. Not sure how to describe it? Tap the pain statements that sound like you — no technical words required. It's free and there's no commitment.
A real person reviews it
1–2 business daysWe qualify every request by hand. You get an honest recommendation: a direct match, a small audit first, or — if AI isn't your best investment yet — we say that too.
Meet your matches, approve a scoped offer
your paceOne to three vetted implementers, hand-picked for your exact problem. You get a written offer: fixed price, deliverables, timeline, acceptance criteria, and revision policy. You pay only when you accept it.
Your system gets installed
typically 1–3 weeksWork happens in a shared project space. You approve the delivery before the project completes, you get documentation and training, and every package includes a support period.
Don’t know what you need?
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
Most of our buyers can’t name the workflow they need on day one. Three ways in, from lightest to deepest:

The honest FAQ
How much does it cost?+
Requests, matching, and offers are free. You pay only the fixed price on an offer you approve. Audits run $199–499, single-workflow implementations typically $750–3,000, and larger projects are scoped individually. Ongoing support retainers are optional.
What if I don't know what I need?+
That's normal — most of our buyers start there. Pick the pain statements in the intake that sound like you, book the free 15-minute jumpstart call, or start with a workflow audit. Translating your pain into a scoped project is our job, not yours.
Who are the implementers?+
Independent specialists who build AI systems for a living. Every one passes a manual review before going live: identity confirmed, portfolio and real work samples reviewed, and an interview with our team. We approve a small fraction of applicants.
What protects me as a buyer?+
Scope is agreed in writing before any money moves. Payment is collected through the platform when you accept an offer, delivery must meet the acceptance criteria in your offer before the project completes, revisions follow the policy written into the offer, and our team has visibility into every project.
How fast will I see something working?+
Audits usually deliver in about a week. Single-workflow implementations typically take one to three weeks from offer acceptance, depending on scope and how quickly you can share access and examples.
Do I need to be technical?+
No. You never write a technical brief. You describe what's manual in plain language; the implementer builds, documents, and trains you on the result. Systems are built on tools you already use where possible.
