What we collect

Account details (name, email, business type), the content you submit (requests, applications, messages, files, reviews), and payment records. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.

How we use it

To run the marketplace: matching, scoping, payments, project rooms, and the emails that keep both sides informed. Our team can view project conversations to support projects and resolve disputes. We don’t sell your data.

Who processes it

Growsembly runs on Supabase (database, files), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only to provide their service.

Your choices

You can update your account details any time, and request an export or deletion of your data by contacting support. Some records (like payment history) are retained where the law requires it.
