1. What Growsembly is
Growsembly is a managed marketplace that connects businesses with independent AI implementation professionals. We vet providers, help scope projects, and process payments. Providers are independent contractors — they are not our employees, and each project is a contract between the buyer and the provider under the terms of the accepted offer.
2. Offers and payment
Work is defined by the written offer the buyer accepts: scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, timeline, revision policy, and price. Payment is collected upfront through the platform when an offer is accepted, and refunds follow the project terms. Work begins only after payment is confirmed by the platform.
3. Delivery and revisions
Providers submit deliveries for buyer approval. Buyers may approve or request changes within the offer’s revision policy. Disputes are reviewed by our team, and both sides agree to work through the platform’s process before any external claim.
4. Staying on the platform
Introductions made here belong here: for twelve months after being matched, buyers and providers agree not to contract the same work outside the platform. Communication about projects happens in project rooms.
5. AI disclaimer
AI systems can produce incorrect or unexpected output. Deliverables may require human review in use, and neither Growsembly nor providers guarantee specific business results from any implementation.
